Return and Cancellation Policy – Shop at Sarojini Market Online

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. does  not provide return or exchange for any products sold on our website for wrong size, issues with fit or styling. Our website has detailed measurements of each product on the product description page. Our quality assurance team checks everything in detail before shipping the item.  In the event, if any product sold at our brand website, which is owned by CrestanCorp private limited, is ha major defect that is not mentioned in description, We will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation. Our online thrift store sells thrifted clothes, so some of the clothes/products can have dirt/stain, or minor defects the product in the product that is not visible without very close inspection. Please read the description of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be done only before we ship the product, after shipment is sent, the order can not be cancelled. 

To cancel any order, you can contact our team to cancel your order, You need to provide the order number to cancel your order. 

Credit note will be issued for the same which you can use in your future purchases.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any products sold on our brand website, which is owned by CrestanCorp private limited, can not be returned or exchanged until there are any major defects, stains or damage that is not mentioned in the product description. It may have minor defect which are not visible by eyes and prices are set based on condition.

To process any product return and refund request for the product sold on our website, the user must have an opening/unboxing video of the product showing the item was already defective. 

To process the return, the user will have to send the product via courier to our given address, on contact us page. 

For any genuine return, the customer has to provide a valid reason to initiate a return and subsequent refund process. 

Refund Policy

We provide a refund for any damage, stain or defect on the product sold at which is owned by Crestancorp Private Limited, only if it is not mentioned in the description of the product on our website and for which a return request processed(refer to return & exchange policy for return request process) and the product is received by us from the customer. 

The shipping charges will not be refunded in any case. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account within 24 to 48 hours.

If an order is returned to the origin due to incorrect details provided by the customer such as an incorrect address, wrong Pincode, or wrong mobile number, the customer is responsible for covering the full shipping charges paid by us for both forward and reverse shipments in order to reship the order. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Note: Shipment may get delayed as we use third party shipping service, We don’t own the shipping company. There will be no order cancellation if order gets delayed due to shipping companies.

If the order gets return due to the problems or issues in part of shipping company, there will not be immediate refund and we will ship the package again. 

In case of shipment lost full refund will be provided to the customer.
